Contributing to the Directory

Information may be contributed to the directory in two ways:

1. using the on-line data entry form; or,
2. completing the "print and post" form that may be downloaded from this page.

The on-line form provides a secure means of entering data that will be added to the main directory database (stored off-line).  Contributors using the on-line form will be provided with an authentication code by return e-mail that should be used when submitting updated information (in lieu of a signature). 

The print and post form is an Acrobat (.pdf) document that may be viewed and printed using any computer on which the Adobe Acrobat reader is installed.  To obtain a free, licenced copy of the Acrobat reader for your computer click on the icon below.

Special changes to directory entries (e.g. delete a duplicate record), requests for deletion of records or other problems with using the directory should be sent to directory@aig.asn.au

Contributions to the Directory will be uploaded to the web site regularly.  New or changed information will usually be available on the site within several days.
